Back to nail art this week! I used a maroon polish as the central focus for this look, topped with some equally maroon-hued glitter.
Time for a bit of pink I think. I decorated a bright pink base coat with thin arches about 2/3 down each nail, using different shades of pink and glitter.
This week I played with a really small dotting tool to create a lattice effect on my nails – I think it worked out! I started with a blue/purple base colour, and chose purple and gold for accent colours.
Apologies for the lack of FTF last week, my nails were a little worse for wear. I will pick up straight where I left off, and elaborate on the nail appliqué theme.
I was rummaging through my draws recently and stumbled upon a tray of nail bling that has been neglected for some time now. Needless to say, I am featuring bling this week!
March in New Zealand signals the last of long summer nights, so I chose to overcompensate by covering my coffee table in bright, fun and frivolous books!
Today’s nails were inspired by some sugar-coated eggs I devoured recently (hence I have no example to show you) which were painted in pastel colours, with little speckles all over.
